Hi, I have downloaded and installed Indigo renderer for sketch up, but I doesn't want to go away. I've been using a 2.xx version and upgraded to 3.12 which I didn't quite like. I had a few problems with it.
1. It wouldn't like to render some scenes which the old version handled pretty well / maybe my ram is insufficient for the new renderer/
2. The displacement map wouldn't work properly anymore. /the grass is from downloaded material which worked fine on version 2.4xx/
Unninstalling problem
Re: Unninstalling problem
Although the plugins may be installed along with the Indigo core engine, they won't be uninstalled when you uninstall Indigo. At least this is for SkIndigo. You have to manually uninstall SkIndigo: fastest (and roughest) way is to delete/move the skindigo.rb file you find into sketchup->plugins folder: in this way, SkIndigo will not be located and won't be loaded by sketchup.
To remove completely the plugin, you'll also have to delete the SkIndigo folder inside the same plugin directory.

Re: Unninstalling problem
Thank, you. I did this.
I reinstalled indigo/free version/ but I can't still fix the problem with not being able to make displacement grass. If someone has an idea.

Re: Unninstalling problem
Displaced grass is very memory-consuming and not so effective in Indigo.
Use actual 3d grass instances instead.

Re: Unninstalling problem
I've fixed my problem with the displacement. Just downgraded to 3.0xx/free/.
