By uploading an image to the Indigo Image Gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Specific terms
- Must be fully-resolved. Ie: Little to no image noise visible.
- No low quality images. Ie: flat-shaded and untextured; works in progress; wireframes; low resolution.
- Must be fully rendered with Indigo. A little post-processing (ie: photoshop colour adjustments) is permitted.
General terms
- You must have the right of use of the image.
- No offensive material: Pornography, obscene etc.
- Allow use of the submitted image by Glare Technologies for promotional purposes.
Glare Technologies in turn agree to not sell images without the explicit permission of authors. Images may be moderated, and removed at any time.
While Glare Technologies endeavors to moderate user-submitted images, it is not responsible for the actions of users of the website indigorenderer.com and therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions.
