problem whit light material and sun light

When I use the physical sky and the material light in interior scene, the light material it's black...why?

because it either has inverted normals or is too weak ;) - the sky is *very* bright, so, you need to also make your lightsource that bright ;)

I think you can't use it with skylight , you need to put it as enviroment
than the light material will work

It works for sure!
It can only be inverted normals or to weak light settings.
