I applied a bit of spit and polish to the networking code; the next release (2.4.8) will support buffer sizes of > 2GB.

And what about my supposal(?) to give the clients more respite in general with the <upload_frame_period> tag?
Does it make sense in your opinion?

Hi Zeitmeister,
The slaves can upload while they're rendering. But they can only upload one frame at once.
