small houses

Post by Camox » Mon Oct 12, 2009 12:04 am

I saw this little house on a book cover, and have copied it. This book is about a new minimalist living cultures. To me it would be from the square a little small. From her appearance, I find it quite funny. From Moddeling ago it was no big deal, a box with four holes. I have rendered it with sun and sky, and with a hdri map.

Use Program:
Indigo 2.2.3 and color correction with Paint.NET
Rendering time per image was approximately 5 hours on my Core 2 Duo 2.66ghz.

Excuse for my bad english.

Cool images!

Reminds me of Venturo (http://www.tuovinen.net/venturo/venturo-brochure.pdf), a housing consept by Matti Suuronen from 1971. Same guy designed also Futuro: http://www.arcspace.com/books/tomorrows ... hoto-2.jpg

Looks very realistic!
That's so funny, a friend of mine asked me to think about a visualisation of exactly these house cubes a month ago...
Cheers, David
