Hey Stinkie,

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of your setup in SU? How do you light your scenes?

I don't think they are done with Indigo - I'm sure Stinkie is using an old Kodak Brownie camera

Yes, and that's always a portrait of the invisible man so the background has to be blurry. Art I'm telling you XD ;)

Whaat:

There's a single, horizontal emitter not too far above the model. Couldn't be simpler. I'll up a screenie tomorrow.

I rarely use more than one emitter for final images, but I do pop a few in for testing at low res.

Don't ask me why put a hood 'round the emitter.

This place is packed with jokers. 8)

Variations. Emitters to either side of the model, one in front of it, and one above it.

Thanks. :)

(Should point out the design obviously isn't mine! It's by a student of Mies van der Rohe's.)

I was serious about your very intriguing and original approach.

Joke apart, the last renders look boring comparatively  What was removed if not an arteesh layer ?

Still, they are nice.
