Hi!
i felt like doing some surgery objects so i made it and here is the result :D
it could be used as a wallpaper...
render time 10 hours, model time 25 min.,(this might be interesting and useful) some post-pro made with GIMP and a free noise reduction plugin called GREYCstoration ;) (hope it's useful)

anyways the main point of this topic is the image not the post-pro plugin :lol:
