I don't see that mistake, but I see an other one:
the f either means for or from....
in both cases, it misses an r and in one an m...

It means, "From now on, I will not use any vowels at all. Then you will not understand anything of what I write."
Assuming he's assuming 'y' is a vowel and vowel is spelt vocel.
