I'm using sketchup + SKindigo to get some really nice renders and having a lot of fun too, but I can't seem to get the exr to work right.
How does Indigo know where to place the exr image in the scene? Do other modeling programs give you the ability to place the exr image in the model? Currently sketchup can't do that, and I'm not sure if it would be possible.
The exr will show up, but it is usually all stretched out, and there is no way to locate it correctly in reference to the scene. I tried both lat/long and spherical.
thanks for any help!

hi CRC,
EXR environment maps can't really be 'placed', as they are always 'outside' the scene - an infinite distance away.
In theory they could be rotated, but you can't do that in Indigo right now. Just rotate the whole scene instead
