Argh! Crashed! This time I was exporting with a resoluting of only like 120 too so I don't think its the resolution. It got exported fine though, am rendering now. It crashed after it exports.

Ok, post me the blend file just as it is, ready to run the sim, without any scaling or placement changes, just as if you were about to hit the bake button, and I'll run a test here at my side.

Don't worry, its working now, I deleted two light sources that were inside your fluid, if you need those besides the sun, I recommend building light meshes. And before exporting I deleted the residual box (domain) that rests inside the fluid.

I like your material......"Watery Crap"

Here's how it looks now.....

Thanks for finding the problem. Goodbye lamps. Hmm I wonder why that would cause a problem though, I thought it just ignored all blender light except for sunlamps if you have physical sky on...

I'm not sure if the lamps were the problem, maybe it was the residual domain box inside the fluid. Because maybe it's not treated as a simple mesh object by the exporter. Who knows....
