Just use a transparent specular material with low sss value and no absorbtion.

so i've to create a big solid (box) filled with this material (media) and then put camera and ojects in the middle of the box?

That doesn't work, yet. In 0.7t6 it will work... In 0.7t5 it works only when the camera is OUT of the sss medium.
