Has Burnin has stated, this is not a problem due to Indigo, any OpenCl dependent software will be sharing the same problem.

I can tell you that once you get it to work, the speed is amazing, it trounces my Ryzen 7 1800X so your TI should even get it further.

I would say you uninstall all NVIDIA stuff and install the latest drivers again.
A great tool to get rid all graphic card drivers and so on is DDU:
