Thanks. It's a trick using two fbm's, but indeed the shader is meant to evolve with multifractal's. The soil, as well as rocky formations, have a constant level of detail currently. This would change that.

Hi everyone!
I just finished this render for my 3D class at NAD, Montreal. Done in 2 weeks.
We had to make a 3D object that looked like a photo.
I used Cinema 4D, Indigo, Photoshop and Marvelous Designer, the render is in 4K.

I recon it's like a good Vangelis track to me, climbing to the top. I have used the camera to spot the bay coordinates, thinking in passing the baby to kklors if he can build a soviet base or anything there there

Hey, neo0. you could make a use of sharp edges and auto smoothing based on the edge angle. But those tools' names depend on what you are using for modeling. P.S. That filenameneo0. wrote:Latest project
