Some recent work
Hi,
A few of my images just got released for use so I figured I'd show some relatively recent stuff I've been working on. These are all rendered in Indigo, with varying degrees of overpainting and post-processing. A bit more info and one or two more images can be found at http://tomsvilans.com/blog
Thanks for watching!

Wowzers. Those are spectacular! Well done sir. Loving the last image.
Re: Some recent work
Wow! Really great stuff! Can you upload them to the gallery?
Re: Some recent work
That is some stunning front page material. My personal favorite is #1.

Thanks for the comments I'll try to upload a few of them to the gallery. Any particular ones?

Please upload all of them Tom!
This kind of archviz is so much fun. Awesome that you actually make money with it, I remember archviz as being more neutral (=sometimes boring), but your work is art.
1st and 2nd ones are my favorites.

*Activating raging jealousy*
*Switching to immense praise*
Those are some really REALLY great shots! I'm especially fond of the first one and the architectural design of the building in the second one.

They are great, and especially I like these floodlights build like a little hill into the grass layer so it looks like they were natural, nice idea

Great work. We Toms rule.

Re: Some recent work
Thanks for the kind words, very much appreciated!
Polinalkrimizei: Thank you! Arch. viz should never be boring, it should make you excited about the space/project
Borgleader: The first and second are the same project, part of a huge master-planning competition with an insane deadline.
solarray: The 'suckers' on the rooftop are fairly large oculi that sit over vertical circulation elements below and let light in during the day. By night they radiate light from the interior, hence the floodlight effect. The idea behind that building design was that the landscape/greenery is lifted off of the ground, and the mixed-use centre is tucked in under it, with a very transparent and light cladding.

Supreme work, Tom! All of them look great and no one is the same. Definitely inspiring
