how to uninstall Indigo ?

I want to uninstall the old version to install the new one, I'm using the v2.2.12 and it didn't come with an uninstaller. The question is that can I just install the new version and it will replace the old files or I have to uninstall it completely before installing the new one ? (I don't like to delete the folder and registry keys manually)

Just install the newest version, it will overwrite the old version without any problems
