You're absolutely on your right to make the decision you've made. I've seen how hard you work on each of your projects and how much time , effort, knowledge and professionalism you put into each of them.
@the rest of the guys: I'm also sure it's not the end of the world and that someone will be able to take over this project (even if starting it again from scratch). Remember there's also Johan Thorngren´s script. You can check it here:

Though it's for an older version of Indigo (0.4) and I never got used to it, (only U3dreal's was organized the way I also think and understand things), you might also consider contacting its author (since his files are also encrypted) to see if he'd interested in updating it.
