Rendering speed depends mainly on your computer and complexity of the scene. If you have multicore make sure you're running at least as many threads as you have got cpu cores.
Indigo is unbiased and that means it is slow...

I think U need to use PathTracing+Bidirectional
And I think scene is a little-bit dark...

why path-tracing? Not a good idea - too much indirect light, I'd say!

Hybrid is a combination of MLT and PT. Hybrid uses PT for direct light and MLT for indirect light, glass and caustics. Hybrid combines the strenghts of MLT and PT.
--------------
Bidir can be combined with MLT or PT or Hybrid. Bidir makes noise in scenes with indirect light, glass and caustics clear faster.
--------------

Your scene: much direct + much indirect light = hybrid + bidir

PT for direct light.
MLT for indirect light, glass and caustics.
Hybrid combines the strenghts of MLT and PT.

for scene with much direct+indirect light i'd use hybrid.
