Virtualbox xp crash with last blendigo

Don't know why, it just crash each time I try to open blendigo...

Any idea?

I need to use some file directory than people I work with (d:\...). I did it another way, I separated my own professionnal file. Problem is over for me. If someone was intersested in xp virtualisation, it doesn't work with blender. I thinck problem comes from blender and it'll work with future 2.5.
