mapping images
I am trying to map an image in blender for a scene for my rendering. however, when i render it in indigo it doesnt show up..is it possible to do such things...?
Thanks for the clarification . . . I just checked a while ago and discovered this change myself.Kram1032 wrote:doesn't even need to be in the root.
@Archiman86: Are you trying to texture map a mesh? . . . or use an image for background/HDRI lighting? The info provided so far applies to the first situation. As for the second, I haven't tried that yet myself.

I have a few images that I would like to use..I have not tried them again, because I am working on finishing up the modeling aspect of the ferrari. But I would like to place the ferrari symbol in a few locations on the car and also use an image for part of the backgorund...havnt decided what exactly yet.

-only UV mapping is supported
-make sure your texture is a .jpg. i think there were a couple other formats that work but to be safe use .jpg
-make sure youve selected the texture in Blendigo (the Indigo exporter)
-make sure your texture file paths correspond to the ones in the exported .igs file (to see if it got exported correctly) and change accordingly
-make sure you know how to UV map and object
