License transfer beetween cpus.

I have a perpetual all versions Indigo license that I've acquired
long time ago, it is(still) instaled on an Old Dell precison workstation of mine
,I'd like to transfer this license or just relicense it , as I am
willing to catch up with Indigo architectural walktrough visualizations,
nice capabilities.

How should I proceed ? What do I have to provide ?
