check that you use also the same version of Indigo on that slave.
But since it seems to connect fine and also transfer a first frame without issues I would suggest
that this slave simply overheats! check you temperature, maybe open the side pannel of your case to let extra air in, that could help...

I guess you should troubleshoot the simplest things first then move onto the more annoying things. It's odd that the error comes up intermittently and on two of the three computers. It could be an indigo installation issue (missing some C++ distributable files) or even some kind of network error. Is there anything different between the two computers that error and the one that doesn't (hardware, OS, anti virus, etc)?

What operating system are you using in the host/slave?

Some stuff to try and check on both machines that give the error:
1. Heat - How hot is the CPU getting under load?
2. Reinstall indigo. (Install an old version first then install the latest over the top)
3. Install the C++ redistributable packages from the microsoft site
4. Update your motherboard/network/GPU drivers
