Indigo's cache

Post by Latetzki » Mon Oct 25, 2010 4:43 am

Looks like cache folder takes about 700mb space. Can I delete it or will I lose something important?

C:\Users\**\AppData\Roaming\Indigo Renderer\cache

You can delete the contents of it, that's fine.

I have the cache folders in for custom cleaning of CCleaner.
Check your slaves for the network cache, its often over 3GB big after some hours of network based working with test renders over LAN...

Is it really necessary that you keep the pigs file in network cache after extracting files into a folder with the same name Ono?
Couldn't ya crosscheck folder name vs. Master ready to transfer name only and delete pigs after extracting automatically?

this would save a big bunch of space on the HDD!
