dont forget to set max mut*pixel to for example 1800!
Thanks, tungee! I overlooked that variable.

Thanks again daros. This app is pretty cool.

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to check it out. I must say that the application runs great on my mac pro (under parallels, which doesn't support quad cores yet). Under Boot Camp indigo is really fast!! Thanks for this great program!!

Regards,

Peter

ps. I still haven't found out how to add materials, my imported 3ds has some, but they aren't imported as mentioned earlier. Any help please?
edit: OK right clicking in the material editor let me choose to add a material! Now for some renders!

One more thing. How do you use the size parameter in the texture/projection settings?

Thanks!

Hello, So here's my first render from IndigoExplorer. It's working great! I have some troubles setting up the sun sometimes, I haven't figured out how to exactly aim the sun using "L" and mouse.
Still leaves me with the question how to add a tile texture. I know I can load images, but somehow the scaling parameters are a mystery to me. Maybe you (Daros) can explain a little bit more about this? That would be great!

Thanks!!

Regards,

Peter

Daros,

Thanks for making this app. Very helpful for Sketchup users while they wait for the SU2Indigo exporter to be finished.

I used Matadorlight with Maxwell render beta about two years ago and got pretty good results with it.
I am trying to use the indigoexplorer...and it works almost the same.
Great work.

The only thing that doesn't seem to work is that the original uv mapping isn't preserved in your applet. (it worked in matadorlight though) ...Or am i doing something wrong?

regards,
kwisten

Any special reason for not attaching to the thread instead of linking it to a external site?

For the moment it cannot be downloaded, and in the future it would render the thread moot if for some reason the site cease to work...

I'm glad you asked. This was a commercial project someone had, but I guess Ono has it's owns. They don't show to have the software department active, there is no Indigo folder no more.

Ciao bye bye ;)

Even if it is outdated, I would appreciate someone posting a copy, because even being able to use some of indigo would be better than not being able to use any at al.

Are there any plans to turn indigo into a studio GUI?
