I just got indigo (cheers by the way on an awesome program) I downloaded both the beta 5 version and the indigo_6 version. I was playing around with the basic scene from the manual and it exported fine but when i tried to run it through windows it gave me and error message.
Scene Loader Excep; falied to load XML .doc from path 'monkey/xml:Failed to open file Line 0, Column 0
I reinstalled it twice and it's always when i try and run it i get this message. I clicked the icon so i know indigo works fine.
What do i do?

Is the monkey Suzanne? Maybe Blender stored the xml file in your default location. Indigo is looking for the file in the directory where you installed Indigo. Easiest solution would be to move the Indigo xml file to your Indigo directory.

or you can edit your "inifile.txt" file to indicate the correct path to the xml file.
The line that says:
"scenefilepath" "testscenes\testscene.xml"
could be changed to:
"scenefilepath" "C:\grafix\indigo\monkey\testscene.xml"
or whatever the actual location of your file.
