blurring?

I dont recall changing the camera settings yet my image is totally blurry.
This are the camera settings from the xml file:

the "focus distance" should be the distance from the camera to the
part of the picture which sould be in focus.
The "aperture radius" controls the blurriness of the parts which aren't in focus.
(bigger "aperture radius" - more blur, smaller "aperture radius" - less blur)
....... soo set the aperture radius to something like 0.000001 or try to find
the correct focus distance

ah thanks manitwo, setting the apperture radius to 0.000001 helped.
now to fix the ash cone (i had different plans than what happened now), fix the ashtray & make the cigarette texture better. that is, if i have time tommorow... i need to study.

i maneged to make the white part on the ashes emit a orange light(thx kosmokrator), but i think its spreading to much light in its surounding. I mean it should be quite bright but not emit that much of light. Can someone help me with this.
other critique is also encouraged!

hmmm ok...try to lower the power of your emitter man...its too high...its not physicaly this illumination!

as you can see in the reference photo the cigarete flame is not always apear....but if u realy wont flame...lower the emiter a litle more...none cigarete illuminates the "ashes box" (i dont know the word in engl.. :oops: )
