[req] bump scale

I would like to request a change in the scale chosen for bump texture. Since bump itself is of most use in the mm dimensions to add texture to the material, I would suggest to adopt mm in the editor, otherwise we cannot go beneath millimeters whereas if mm is choosed we can easily go up to meters and beyond if needed be.
