Hey there!
First I noticed is that your model have so poor quality materials, all those texture are in need of much higher resolution. Also you need to put some bump on wood materials. And, in my opinion, it is way to dark room, I think you should light it up a lot more. I am not so perfect in making realistic renders but I think you need to fix this things to improve it. Keep working hard mate, I am sure it will become more and more realistic very soon :)

That is obviously not rendered with Indigo. Is this some kind of spam?

Finished artworks in this here forum stands for "Artworks finished using Indigo".

It's not a generic 3d forum in itself.

Since it is serving your purpose without matching the forum topic, it is naturally considered as spam.

You are welcome to give Indigo a try :)
