indigo for revit 2009

is there a trial version of indigo for revit 2009 still available? (somehow?: differently than downloading from indigorenderer.com/revit/ which offers indigo for revit versions 2013 and 2014 only?, is there any other indigo site with access to archival releases?, is a purchase of that old release (2009) possible at present?)

(we've got two versions of revit installed (2009 and 2011), we don't use them as the leading software and don't feel like upgrading them because of the terrible price and still poor popularity around here (Poland), but as we already have them, we'd like to wring them to braking point and economize on absurd expences as revit refreshment)
