Blue Light

Post by Jazzy » Mon Jun 07, 2010 2:20 am

When I render a sketchup file in indigo, it renders with a funny blue glow. This problem doesn't happen with any other models and as I am new to indigo, do not know if i have changed any settings which could have created this problem. I have tried to reset camera to sefault but this doesn't help. Could someone look at the attached image and help me.
Thanks
Jazzy

This is the problem I have. It looks like its night but I don't know any setting that can change day to night in the render.

The camera White Balance can do that.

The sun is lighting the scene (its set to sun & sky mode). The white balance is set to D65 (6504K). Is this the problem?

How do I check/change that setting? Is it in Skindigo or in indigo?

No it's not ! Follow dcm's track: hit the pulldown menu showing Render Settings, go to the Light Layer panel and click reset.

If the problem persists please attach the igs file to your post, if it's not too big. If that's a problem let us at least see its first lines down to the first material definition, that would be half the way to your fix.

Or: reimport the geometries in a new scene and try again ?
