This scene has potential... but I don't like how it's so faceted. You are getting strange refractions because of this.

Suggestions:
Smooth the rose a few times.
Make the petals red glass! :)

-add stings
- make the lower part greenish

nothing to add, besides the things already said by thatdude and the other dude, hahaha krammyboy! looks nice btw...i think you should add some edgesplit so the black areas dissapear... but looks good. does it have cbc?

The only place that should be left faceted is the joint between the flower and stem, that gives it that "cut jewel", looks Nice.

IMHO Daniel's advice is the best for now, as I find that the sharpness of the petals is good because the rose is supposed to be artificial...

But as Daniel stated, there may be some normal issues... do you know how to manage them (you should know now, if you use blender) ?
