I agree with Kram. You should also put a higher resolution picture to be reflected in the hearts.

But it's nice BTW :)

Not much to say that hasn't already been said, but you may want to spruce up the scene a little bit. Put the jewelry on an elaborate velvet pillow or something like that. Good job! Are you using gold and silver .nk materials?

I've seen 100's of hearts like this during the past years.
Is it a tutorial or something?

Check your normals !

1° the (circular and lateral) flat part of the rings looks inverted,

2° The bottom part of the "coockie" is showing some artefacts at the edges, either add more edge loops around the zone where it's touching the floor (prefered in your case) or separate the bottom part.

Apart the white point issue already mentionned, the image works good :)
