Looking for the IGIMerge, lost in the forum, I found some utilities like IGIInfo or IndigoResumer.

Well right, I was supposed to set something around these lines up... but the point of that new section would be tools development, so what is needed in first instance is to gather all open source codes (and coders !), that would be the condition for such a forum (or thread for a beginning) to exist, I think (?).
If it's just to get actual tools, a simple thread in general forum should do...
