Skindigo Crash Report

This one's been hanging about for me for a while, I just keep forgetting to report it...

If I'm adding a 'texture' via the 'New..' tab in the Skindigo panel (for any of the slots) if I open the 'New..' window and then hit cancel without selecting anything is causes an instant bug splat every time.

Fixed for next release, sorry it took so long.
The full crashing is a SketchUp bug though really.
