Ik wil me nergens mee bemoeien, natuurlijk, maar dat klopt niet. Het Nederlands is een taal, het Vlaams een dialect. Hierbij moet ik opmerken dat 'het Vlaams' eigenlijk niet bestaat: het is louter een term waarmee een heleboel Vlaamse dialecten aangeduid worden. Voor deze discussie 'politiek' wordt: als ik zeg dat 'het Vlaams' een dialect is, bedoel ik daar niets slechts mee. Het woord 'dialect' houdt geen waardeoordeel in.
