Hi,
I downloaded & installed Indigo for C4D just today. I am new to both softwares. Starting with C4D, R19, I exported my scene to IGS format. When I open the file in Indigo Renderer, I get this error:
A problem occurred with the scene:
Scene parsing error: Could not root element in file '/Users/user/folder/folder/folder/renderMode.igs'.
No Metadata.
Indigo version: Indigo Renderer v4.0.66, OS X 64-bit build.
No metadata.
Please contact support@indigorenderer.com if you have any questions.
How can I fix this error?
try for the first time

Re: try for the first time
I'm using C4D and Indigo, so I might be of help here, but it's on the Windows OS, not Mac.
First of all, I would like to ask you what do you mean by "I exported my scene to IGS format"? Do you mean that you hit that "render with indigo" button in the plugin menu, or did you do something else? What comes to my mind is that you don't have write permission to write that file in that location, or maybe you specified the root folder that can't be found, maybe something along those lines? Damn it, Mac is so much different then Windows, I can't hardly think in those frames.
