I have problem whit Cindigo

After install Cindigo 2.4.13 in C4D i can´t view the plugin.

Some more specs would help a lot as you could imagine my friend
Mac or PC, C4D version?

- Take care that you downloaded the right PlugIn Version for your C4D version!
- C4D 12 isn't supported atm!
- Does both version don't get recognized: 32 and 64bit?

i use C4D 11.5 64Bits and intalled Cindigo of 64Bits on my Mac

I have heared about this issue before, but could never reproduce it myself.
Does that also happen when running C4D in 32 bit mode?

Same problem here, at least I think so. Whenever I start a cindigo render in Cinema 4D a box pops up saying exporting and then a dialogue pops up saying that cinema 4d has unexpectedly quite even though the application is still open, and Indigo never opens. I'm using version 11.514 build RC20476 Thanks

Hey Harris,

Cindigo outputs all informations during export in the C4D console,
so you can see where exactly cindigo crashes C4D.

If it crashes after "starting Indigo" you could maybe have a working igs
exported in your folder that can be rendered by manually opening it in Indigo.

are you using a mac? Can you post the osx crash report info or mail it to support, at, indigorenderer, dot, com?

I will try to fix these issues as fast as possible for the 2.6.1 mac version of cindigo.

Thanks guys, apparently it was able to export an igs before crashing but when I open it none of images I have applied to any materials render so it must not be exporting those. I attached the OSX crash report for cinema, the Cinema console showed no errors everything appears to export and it says that it has launched Indigo but Indigo never opens. Thanks for the help!
