Re: Seat Leon

That's photorealism, congratulations!
Contrast of the pavement is a tad too strong IMHO.

@Borgleader:
That holographic fence reminds me of a scene in Mass Effect 2 (very nice game btw)
You could try to make it appear somewhat blurry and jittering, or add a burn effect.

BWC 2010 sponsoring
I just came across the Blender World Cup 2010 site, and what do I see: Sponsored by Indigo Renderer. Indigo is even mentioned in the rules as a dedicated tool (beside lux)! 1st prize seems to be an Indigo license, at least.
Some official statements please

Re: Login issues
I suppose that Drupal and phpBB (or whatever you are using) have different cookie expiration times?
Front page just said I was logged in but the forums didn't.
Edit: ... after I had been absent for a while.

[BUG] Sun direction
I wasn't playing with Indigo for some time... just started something new when I came across a bug: Blendigo exports sun direction always as <0, 0, 1> (the igs file reveals). Adding your sun direction manually before every render is quite annoying... 8) Blendigo 2.2 stable Blender 2.49a/b (tried both)

Re: [REQ]shader editor ?
I really would appreciate such a shader editor. It doesn't need to be a graphical node editor (in fact I like plain programming more  ), but syntax highlighting, a list of built-in functions/auto-completion, quick help on parameters and, like everwind proposed, a way to preview the shader as a...

Re: [Bug] Light layers under Linux
Josh, i'm going to go ahead and venture you dont have any QT apps installed? Nope, QT core libs and other stuff are installed; I have some KDE apps here. By the way, your command fails saying there is no package "qt" As I posted in the announcement the issue has been fixed for Indigo 2.2.11,...

Re: Indigo 2.2.11
Runs under 32bit, locale problem seems to be solved, as far as I could check quickly. Will do some tests later.
Thank you guys :D
Edit: Material editor still suffers from the same bug.

Re: [Bug] Light layers under Linux
I'm not sure about KDE (I use Gnome), but here is a try: You have to set your system language to German (or any other locale that uses a comma as a decimal separator) by installing the respective language pack and choosing it somewhere (system settings...?). Then just install Indigo, run it, choose ...

Re: [Bug] Light layers under Linux
Oh, thanks for reminding me of this thread, light layers work with Indigo 2.2.9 :) But I have to switch locale settings because the decimal separators are still messed up. Now I can't even start rendering (at least this was possible before) with German environment due to new rendering options (image...
