The light setup is simple enough. Several meshes lighting up the model, on the inside of a "bowl". I never checked the render times, but i think it's around 10 hours on my Q6600 using bidirectional. I think your render marks the end for this car. There are still things that could have been changed and redone and.. But I need to stop. I've worked on this car for almost 2 years on and off..

Some wired triangular artifacts..
The first is with indigo subdiv, the other with only blenders subdiv. Other scenes render totally fine.
Both with indigo 1.1.18 and Blender 2.48a
