ahahahah you're welcome!
..this reminds me of a funny little story, saying that one day Albert Einstein was asked how he liked better the eggs done. He didn't answer. One year after, he casually met again the person who asked him, and said: "Scrambled" out of the blue. Funny genius of him.

Re: UV Mapping & displacement in Sketchup
Hi Rivera! I'm not working with displacement maps since a long time now! I can't really be of any help to you, sorry! I usually work with textures big enough for my needs, I tend not to use HUGE maps everywhere because of the weight, but for large areas I try to use big maps with good resolution (an...

Re: ISSUE with new laptop
Hi people!
..I found out the reason was some sort of conflict with the "nahimic" plugin (an audio plugins which comes along with the realtek audio drivers). It's been enough to stop nahimic service at windows start. Sorry for not having let you know!

Re: ISSUE with new laptop
Hi guys, I finally narrowed down the possible causes. I always connect a second monitor to my laptops, and in this case this seems to be THE issue. If I disconnect the second monitor I get no freezings nor error messages at all. The errors only show up when an application running on one screen throw...

Re: ISSUE with new laptop
Ok Pavoda, thanks! ..sadly seems like I can't solve the issue. Indigo won't start. It is to say that also SketchUp 2018 fails to load, freezing. While SU2017 opens correctly. Neither Layout nor Style builder seem to be affected by this illness, but instead Enscape is too (don't know if this could he...

ISSUE with new laptop
Hi to the dev team! I have purchased a brand new laptop, it arrived yesterday and since then...it's been a non-stop issue  I fear the hardware is too recent, and many softwares still don't have developed compatible libraries. BTW, the machine specs are the following: MSI GF63 8RC-215IT, i7-8750...

Re: Small Bathroom
Hi Lal-O! About your rendering times...first of all: SPECIFICATIONS (of you machine) Then, the usual tricks. 1. in this kind of scene, black environment 2. no perfect "whites" (no 255 255 255) 3. detach of at least 0.1mm the reflective surfaces between each other (eg. the glass panes from their meta...

Re: Small Commercial Building
Not bad! I feel the lighting is a little too uniform, maybe try with an HDR? Also, followme billboards often lead to unexpected results (featuring "floating couple of friends in the sun" ahah). For the continuous window walls I always suggest to apply a very big procedural noise shader in the bump c...
