Re: Simple Renderings Thread
I've waited 45 hours haha, but it was pretty much clean after 20 hours (on my laptop). I'm always at school so I don't really care...

Wow, really nice render bubs, I'm also very curious about your lighting setup!

Re: Simple Renderings Thread
Hi everyone!
I just finished this render for my 3D class at NAD, Montreal. Done in 2 weeks.
We had to make a 3D object that looked like a photo.
I used Cinema 4D, Indigo, Photoshop and Marvelous Designer, the render is in 4K.
Hope you like it!

Refine the image where the cursor is
Hi everyone!
I was thinking about a feature, I don't know if it's hard to implement...
It's based on what Modo has done, like move your cursor where you want the image to be refined more!
Would be really cool!
Cheers,
Maxime

Re: Cindigo Wishlist
What about a nodal system for material edition? It would be much easier when combining multiple materials. Octane's Cinema 4D's developer, aoktar, is implementing it in the next Octane's release ; I think it's much more readable like that.
Keep up the good work,
Cheers,
Maxime.

Re: Problem with HDR images when I export to standalone
That was exactly that galinette... Thanks! I think Cinema 4D automatically concider that this is a linear profile but Indigo doesn't, so I didn't understood... So as you said you just have to change the gamma to 1.

Oh yes, sure! Haven't moved in this example, Reinhard here, but the chocolate candy was on Camera mode and the difference was also huge.
Thank you Zom-B, I will!

Re: Problem with HDR images when I export to standalone
Thanks for your reply Zom-B,
Yes, the camera was the same in both images, I'll send a scene where it was quite obvious!
See you more on the forum, love Indigo!

Re: Problem with HDR images when I export to standalone
Here is what I was talking about, quite an issue for me... I would like to work seamlessly between both applications.

Re: Problem with HDR images when I export to standalone
Yes this is exactly that , higher contrast in the environment map. You say that you only had this problem once and now it's gone? So I'll maybe try again haha. Thanks for your reply. I'm currently rendering a scene, when it's finished I'll post two renders, one in Cinema 4D and one in the standalone...

Problem with HDR images when I export to standalone
Hi everyone! I've done some renders with Indigo lately and each time I was lighting my scene with an .exr I experienced some huge changes with the brightness or gamma , in Cinema 4D all is good but when I import the scene to the standalone the HDR become darker and more contrasty... I would like to ...
