If I copy this component the sketchup file stills very heavy, Does this only happens when I export it to Indigo? how can I make the sketchup file not that heavy? with external mesh?

It happened to me too...
I thought I was doing something wrong, so now every time I change materials or add a component from another file, I try to send it to indigo so I know what maybe causing the problem and I can delete it.
also It happened when trying to "purge unused"

I don't remember If I uninstalled shindig too.

( I mean Skindigo )

Uninstall with AppCleaner (just drag indigo Icon) beware! because It will delete all related files with indigo, so check before uninstalling with this app.
And then reinstall Indigo.
