Re: Foscarini lamp material
I think it is less to do with render setup as this should be a constant, and should really never change. Plus it is a tad inconvenient if you need a particular mode such as MLT for something else in the scene like glass. Possibly it is your material setup. With your original setup, I also struggled ...

Re: IndigoMax 0.6.1
That's interesting - I wasn't aware of IndigoMax using Max gamma. Although to be fair, it was more of an issue in the early version of IndigoMax compared to now. But there is a quick test that can be recreated - open GIMP/PS and make a new image with a solid colour (for example 190, 0, 0). Making a ...

Re: IndigoMax 0.6.1
Thanks Fused, I'm sure all us Max users appreciate this wave of improvements for IndigoMax. With the gamma option - yes - if one uses Max without gamma on, when selecting materials and applying colour, Indigo renders an output that would appear to still have gamma switched on. It makes colour pickin...

Re: I'm Just Going to Ask....
EDIT: It appears you've solved your problem, but I'll add my reply anyway.. IndigoMax doesn't support Standard materials (ie the material format that comes with Max.) This is a huge downside that I have already noted to Glare. That is probably why you are finding your ready-to-go, fully set-up scene...

Re: IndigoMax 0.6.3
^ I've managed to created the same crash in Max 2013.
Sometimes also when creating an object, Indigo/Max will crash if there is not an "Edit Mesh" modifier on top. "Vert index out of bounds".

Re: IndigoMax 0.6.3
Ok, I think we'll add Null as a material type in IndigoMax. We also need 3dsMax Standard maps supported as well, like previous iterations of Maxigo. For example, Falloff maps, Tiles, Gradients, Colour Correction etc. (Sorry - it's probably a bit annoying to keep having to refer to Maxigo, but given...

Re: IndigoMax 0.6.1
Problem seems to be fixed. Thank you. Added thanks also for maintaining older Max versions - the more exposure the better for Indigo (and my plugins I use daily). Some features that would be nice though in the future: - Ability to choose Indigo directory (for when we have multiple Indigo versions, a...

IndigoMax 0.50 error message
Rendering a glass material with IndigoMax 0.50. If one renders inside the Max frame buffer, no problems. However, if one decides to export the scene instead to Indigo standalone (which I prefer), the following message appears: Scene parsing error: Node with UID 8 was not a medium node. I have tried ...

Re: Gain Issue
Finally!! I thought it was just me, and I have actually mentioned this before here. The exporter has gamma on or something. If I make a material in 3dsMax, the colour in the renderer is completely off. It is imperative for the work I do that the colours are 100% to the client's specification. There ...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.0.45 Beta Release
What is the latest version of IndigoMax that is bundled with Indigo Renderer 4.0.45? There seems not be any info in the 3dsMax subsection (lack of activity in that section for quite some time now)...
