Hi, here is my attempt for bullet time

Blender 2.49, Indigo 2.0.10, Blendigo 2.0.10
Fluid baked at the resolution of 125 with surface subdiv 3 and tracer particles 2
no motion blur

Very cool, but tbh that glass would've shattered if it had actually been shot

but then again thats hard as heck to attain.
Did you use the explode modifier/feature thing?

Hi, everybody

some updates with motion blur and physical sky comparing with exr.
I didn't use explode modifier, it's a modelling: first of all I created a scratches with curves, then converted'em to a mesh and used MegaBool ...

Not to offend you, but it's still incorrect. According to the bullet's speed, the liquid can not be already fallen to the table.
The splash should be definitely horizontal, the liquid just can't pour like that on the table if the bullet is still so close. I don't know if you can simulate it with the fluid sim, maybe you'll have to model it by hand.
