Re: Live Plugin for Maya
Is there a compiled version of this somewhere?
Re: Live Plugin for Maya
I ask for a compiled version too.
Or maybe I can ask were are the instructions on how to compile this.

Re: Live Plugin for Maya
Sorry I missed your posts. Did you try to install the plugin from the download page? http://www.openmaya.net/openmaya/mayato ... wnload.php
I'm currently updating mayaToIndigo for maya2015 so we should have a working updated plugin soon.

Re: Live Plugin for Maya
I didn't tried it yet so I assumed that it was not compiled because of fourzeronine comment.
I will try it soon. Thanks again.
I hope that you can include diffraction and ISL.

It is not compiled for Maya 2015
Re: Live Plugin for Maya
Finally I installed mayatoindigo.
Haggi, it would be nice to export the scene to indigo standalone as in MtI because we can move the camera and should be easier to implement that in render view. Is it?
Were is the scene being write to?
What is happening? Witch ccp file is handling the export to indigo and how the export is made?
Can you or CTZn or anybody guide me into the code in order to make some modifications like adding diffraction?
I think I can make some changes with some help.

I am not competent before Haggi's work, however I'll be moving my computer to a landline internet connection any soon and may contribute at some point.

Have a look at the Indigo.cpp, line 122. Igs files are written to the indigo subdirectory of the workspace.zio wrote: Haggi, it would be nice to export the scene to indigo standalone as in MtI because we can move the camera and should be easier to implement that in render view. Is it?

Is diffraction a shader or a render option?
Re: Live Plugin for Maya
Okay, I finally found the time to update the plugin for the current maya versions.
Please download it from here:
http://openmaya.net/openmaya/mayatoindi ... wnload.php
It is exactly the old plugin but for Maya2015 and Maya2016. I hope I can extend it's functionality soon and update it for the newes Indigo version.
