Re: Indigo Renderer 3.4.2
So solarray, please rate my generalisation of your request; I am attempting to caracterize an eventual editing orientation inferring for the Indigo GUI. External files should be reload-able and then restart the render, would you put it that way ? Exactly what I was saying regarding images, but if i...

Re: Indigo Renderer 3.4.2
In most cases, what Indigo users expect from it's interface should instead be found within the respective exporters. That's why the GUI got little love as compared with the renderer core. I understand the structure -> 3d app -> exporter -> renderer, and therefore seperating features/functions etc t...

Re: Indigo Renderer 3.4.2
The bug I encountered in 3.2.2 is still alive: In the Texture Editor a button reload texture would be nice. At the moment when a texture is loaded and i will overwrite it with a 2d app, indigo will not recognize it. This request has been marked with an higher priority ;) How many priority levels do...

Re: Problem with bump mapping
Ok thanks for the hint, maybe I have to think about the a/b/c behaviour again.
My current values for the bump texture are
a=0,01
b=0,001
c=0
exp=0,04
I get the same error when using only the oren nayar model with bump.

Problem with bump mapping
Hey all, I wanted to create a good clay/plasticine material and found a nice page where a guy provides a fingerprint texture for a bump channel to get a realistic material. But somehow I get problems with this bump channel in indigo. If you have a look at the border of the material sphere you can no...
