After 5 years of development, Glare Technologies is releasing a commercial version of Indigo. With an intuitive user interface, stability improvements and a permanent team developing and supporting Indigo - this is great news for both professional and amateur Indigo users.

Lifetime of free upgrades
To promote our first commercial release, we have offered 100 Indigo Lifetime Licences. About 40 of these licences are left. Anyone who purchases a lifetime licence will get free upgrades for the entire future of Indigo.
Why upgrade to the paid version?
With Indigo 2.0 you get a nice new version of Indigo that is easier to use and has real customer support. You also get access to our new easier-to-use and more robust exporters - and a lifetime of free upgrades to future versions of Indigo! Indigo 2.0 is available for Mac, Windows and Linux.
Can I still use Indigo for free?
Absolutely. If you aren't making money from selling your Indigo renders then you can keep on using Indigo as you always did. The older versions of Indigo are still available under their original licence and the new Indigo 2.0 release is available for non-commercial work with only a few limitations (0.5 megapixel renders, Indigo logo in the bottom right of your renders).
Are there any new features in Indigo 2.0?
Indigo 2.0 is more of an incremental improvement over the current release of Indigo. It has an all-new, intuitive, user interface. Better error handling, more robust scene loading, a variety of small speed improvements and support for realistic motion blur.
Other things you should know
There will only be 100 lifetime licences to Indigo sold, and they will sell out. Every lifetime licence for Indigo includes Indigo GUI version and two free node (network render slave) licences. The licence will be registered to you, so if you upgrade your computer or move to a different operating system, your licence moves with you. Your lifetime licence includes free updates to all future versions of the "Indigo GUI" and the "Indigo Node" packages. Indigo exporters are included with the lifetime licence and you will get free upgrades to all the currently available exporters.
