Re: pigm
At the moment PIGM files are to be considered as zip files. You will need to eventually change the file extension and unpack the content to any location you like.
Then in Maya choose the geometries you want to apply the IGM to and click on the link icon with annotation "<include> and IGM file". Otherwise the command attached to that icon is:
Browse to the extracted IGM file.
A phongE material should then be created and assigned to the selected geometries, with a special code present into the material's notes: it will import the igm into the Indigo scene. Do not edit the notes.
However the new Maya material will not reflect the actual IGM in the viewport, you have to render to see the effect.
Importing PIGM files into Maya will be an option in the future.
Your questions are welcome Bretik, so is your feedback. Did that work for you ? Are you using MtI 1.0.9(3) ?
