Render Book(Stromberg)
Re: Render Book(Stromberg)
Thanks, Ono and doublez glad you like it... i might not add rust since they are made of stone
I have added some bump to them now so they seam more rocky...
Smoothed the hanging wire now, so they poly's dont show.
Going to fix the tiling on the ground.
Agree about the line looking like one side is going straight into the wall, might change that.
They hanging clothes are modeled(simulated), using cloth in cinema 4D

Re: Render Book(Stromberg)
My glaze is much attracted by the central wall in the background, it's shouting for some shading. Also one can somehow feel there is nothing around there, you could add basic blocks that would preferably not been directly visible, but wich would propagate the atmosphere of a village. I mean an alpha map to simulate the shadows of a tree leaves or some building block stopping light in the surroundings.
Breaking the view symmetry perhaps would give the shot more dynamic, move the camera a bit on one side (parallel to its actual aiming direction), or rotate it slightly and use a lateral shift correction perhaps ?
Thanks for asking for crits stromberg

Update time
Been a while since my last image now, but school has started and all that so have had less time.
But when we realy start modeling things at school, you will see many more renders from me
