for those,who are interseted in harddisk-recording, i strongly prefer ardour for Linux and mac osx.
Ardour is the blender for HD-Recording!
Unlimited audio tracks, a lot of plugins and surround mixing inclusive!

Yeah.. saw that Ivy generator on the maxwell forums.. looks awesome!
Someone should make some indigo renders with it!
