Hi Luca,

i made some test with clay render in indigo and i've detected, that there is no speed advantage with clay render.

  why speed vantage Denis???
The clay render is useful to see if the model is ok not for speed results...
For preview in blender UI i mean integrated like in Cindigo without open a new session of indigo.....
ciao
Luca. ;)

sorry, i don't know how it's integrated in Cindigo(a screenshot can be helpful). What do you mean with 'preview in Blender UI' and how should it works without indigo?

Here are a few shots from back in the days. It looks a little different now. Basically when the preview button is pressed indigo_console is launched with the -o paramter. the next time the material helper is clicked it will try to load the image and place it in the ui. it will also replace the preview image on the material itself.

thank you for pictures, but actually i asked about clay render. i don't see any need to make in in blendigo, because you can make it in blender.
Preview integration will explode the UI.
So i ask another time, are these two features really necessry? :)

P.S. dont undertand me wrong. i want make blendigo as handy as possible. but i think there are some needful features, imho.

if you have enough time, you could add all the features, important or not :)

I guess the indigo path could be useful. Like by default it would load the path from the .conf file but you could change it if you want.
